Last updated: 2026. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform operated by HashStaker ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform") at hashstaker.com. By accessing, registering, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By creating an account or using any feature of HashStaker, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other rules posted on the Platform.

1.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification.

1.3. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HashStaker.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1. To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your country of residence;
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or prohibited from gambling;
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2.2. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

2.3. Each person may only register one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited.

2.4. You are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. HashStaker accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by users.

3. Account Security

3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party.

3.2. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at support@hashstaker.com.

3.3. We reserve the right to suspend accounts at our discretion if we suspect a security breach, identity fraud, or other unauthorized activity.

3.4. We may require additional identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals or when flagged by our fraud prevention systems.

4. Deposits

4.1. HashStaker processes payments exclusively in cryptocurrency. Deposits are credited to your account after the required number of blockchain network confirmations.

4.2. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may differ by cryptocurrency.

4.3. The Platform does not store or process traditional bank payment card data. All deposits must be made via supported cryptocurrency wallets.

4.4. HashStaker does not charge fees on deposits. However, network (gas) fees applicable to blockchain transactions are borne by the user.

4.5. Deposits made in error (wrong network, wrong address) may be unrecoverable. The Platform is not liable for lost funds resulting from user error during transfers.

5. Withdrawals

5.1. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and may take up to 72 hours from the time the request is approved.

5.2. Before processing any withdrawal, HashStaker reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) including, but not limited to, government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds.

5.3. Withdrawals will not be processed until any active wagering requirements on bonuses have been fully met.

5.4. The Platform may delay or deny withdrawals if there is a suspicion of fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or pending compliance review.

5.5. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in your account dashboard and are subject to change.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1. All bonuses and promotions offered by HashStaker are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games, as described on the respective promotion pages.

6.2. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

6.3. Only one bonus may be active at any time unless otherwise explicitly stated. Players must meet the conditions of any active bonus before requesting a new one.

6.4. HashStaker reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

6.5. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting bonus mechanics, or coordinating with others to gain unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

6.6. Free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards are subject to the specific terms stated when the offer is made.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1. All games on HashStaker are operated using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms. Provably fair games (including crash, dice, and hash-based titles) allow users to independently verify the fairness of each outcome.

7.2. The Platform reserves the right to void any bet or game round affected by technical error, software malfunction, or miscommunication. In such cases, stakes will be refunded.

7.3. House edges, return-to-player (RTP) rates, and game mechanics are disclosed on the respective game pages. By playing, you acknowledge and accept these disclosed conditions.

7.4. Winnings derived from exploiting technical errors or bugs are not legitimate and may be reversed. Users who discover such errors must report them to support immediately.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or staff members;

10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC

10.2. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying your identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

10.3. All transactions are monitored for unusual or suspicious activity. If such activity is detected, we are legally obligated to report it to the relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.

10.4. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawals suspended until the review is completed. This process may take up to 30 business days depending on the nature of the review.

11. Minors

11.1. HashStaker is strictly an 18+ platform. We have zero tolerance for underage gambling.

11.2. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, their account will be immediately suspended and any winnings or deposits will be frozen pending age verification.

11.3. If the user is confirmed to be underage, their account will be permanently closed and funds returned after deducting any bonuses received.

11.4. Parents and guardians are responsible for implementing appropriate parental controls to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1. All content on HashStaker, including but not limited to game software, interfaces, logos, graphics, trademarks, and text, is the intellectual property of HashStaker or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

12.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written authorization.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13.2. HashStaker shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, data, or opportunities;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account;
• Actions of third-party payment processors or software providers;
• Delays in blockchain confirmation times beyond our control.

13.3. In any event, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1. In the event of any dispute, you should contact our support team at support@hashstaker.com in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days.

14.2. If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 days, you may escalate it to the relevant licensing authority.

14.3. These Terms are governed by applicable law. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the licensing territory for resolution of any disputes.

15. Account Suspension and Closure

15.1. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at support@hashstaker.com. Any remaining balance will be returned after all pending wagering requirements are completed and KYC verification is passed.

15.2. HashStaker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts at its sole discretion, including in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, cheating, or money laundering;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Accounts dormant for more than 12 months (dormant account fees may apply).

15.3. In the event of account closure due to breach of Terms, HashStaker reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance.

16. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. HashStaker is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is at your own risk.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
